IP Protection (my.AWplanet.com)

You can't login in game you know the character password but there is IP protection. What should you do?

Take off IP protection by my.awplanet.com

Guide how to do that:

1. firstly you need to go to http://my.awplanet.com and sign in.

2. Press IP Protection

3. Press button "Clear"

4. Press button "Save Changes"

Now you are able to connect with your character in game.

Enjoy the Game.

I triend to do it but nothing. Changed pasw too few time but.

WHat to do if than you do it and can't log in?

Do everything again.

but if i know my account myawplanet password and i can't login, because i change my internet plan to better and ip changes and now i can't log in to myaw, account is only recruit, my sisters account, if aw team can take off ip from "remady" i will say very big thanks

you should got email to your primay email with link with wich one you can turn off IP if your link is not broken.
