In this game are not only theses bots. When I was training intu in arena Effexxr(lieutenant) was killing chickens and collecting feathers. It was not only one day, 24/24 killing, not speaking with anyone.
I think you need to make something, but I too know this, AWGroup or AWTeam don't bann or make other punishment. About FLAD and other mention before:
*You'll never ban russian
*You won't ban for example FLAD coz he's GC dealer, and you'll fail much $ if you'll ban.
So I think no one can hope fair from this game.

Pin and passwords you can lose if you're making pause between long time.
But not one player have that problem, so I think it should ne possible to re-new e-mail address, coz like this player I don't like to make new one high rank player.

AWGroup members AW is just hobby, not them work. When they logg in they just help For RUSSIAN players or for anyone.
I had problems too. No answer , no help.

How to create my.awplanet.com account if one player had first nick and registered it same in my.awplanet.com, after some time he changed nick in GAME but in my.awplanet.com is SAME. Than new player created in game with same nick who has other player before and he can't register in my.awplanet.com coz first player who has that nick the my.awplanet.com is same , and than you try to create account , show that account has already created.
What then need to do? I think a lot of player's help it! Thanks, Scooter.
