For solving problems with credit cards, i suggest to contact info@swedbank.lt , just write e-mail and ask them why can't people from lithuania send money to ukrainian bank accounts... I think this is just a misunderstood, i know bussinessmen who have contacts with ukraine and there is no money sending problems for them.
P.S Swedbank has banks not only in Lithuania , but Estonia , Latvia , Sweden and others... So if everything would be solved , more than 80 % non russian players could buy gc via their credit cards
It's stupid to make memberships for wmz in these countries because the fee for converting money is big... And the whole process is long.
